The Sensible Teenager-Larson & Teachout Cooking and Sewing equipment for Elective Wheel. Equipment allows students the hands-on opportunities with Math (Measuring, Temperatures, proportioning) language skills (reading recipes, directions and shopping lists), Science (mixtures and interactions of ingredients).

Five sets of seven Ancient World Wall Maps. Maps are content-rich and allow students to visualize trends in World History. Maps come with background information and emphasizes the relationships between different maps in the series of seven

This is a grant that involves four teachers from four different schools. This is a project that involves publishing a children?s story about the causes and solutions for erosion. Project ties to watershed erosion studies. Students will learn about the process of story writing and illustration design and also learn about the book publishing process from Laura Reed. Several community volunteers tied to this project.

Mesa(Math, Engineering and Science Achievement. Mesa is a program that is designed to enhance math and science skills of students from groups that have experienced low college entrance rates in the past. Mesa projects are designed to enhance creative problem solving and abstract thinking skills of the students.
