To purchase the Read Naturally program which provides student with special needs a research based reading skills program designed to increase reading proficiency.
To purchase the High Performance Writing program, which is a comprehensive resource that addresses the writing needs of all students.The grant request is also for the Reading Mastery Plus program, which is not being funded at this time.
To purchase Read Naturally, a supplemental tool for teachers, parents and tutors to increase reading fluency, hear the English language read repeatedly, increase reading comprehension and develop a larger vocabulary.
To purchase sets of leveled readers for a take-home literacy program for K-1 students as well as 2nd and 3rd grade students reading at lower levels. The books will be sent home each week for students to read with their parents.
