To purchase the STAR Reading Assessment program for Tahoe Lake Elementary. The program allows teachers to screen students for placement and monitor their progress and growth in literacy throughout the school year.
To purchase instructional CDs, “First Thousand Words,” to be used for the conversational Spanish instruction being offered to English Proficient students.
To purchase speech therapy tools for the Speech Improvement Group which addresses single sound articulation errors made by the general education students (not qualifying under special education umbrella).
To purchase cross country ski equipment to revive the cross country ski program at Tahoe Lake. This program will help ensure consistent winter P.E. activity.
